Cancel My Order

Once your purchase has been placed, there is a 24-hour period during which the order can be cancelled for any reason.

Fill out the provided form below, and we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

Please consider that the time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Order Cancel Confirmation email. The time it takes for the credit to be restored to your account depends on your Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Order Cancel Confirmation email. After the 24-hour period, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
