Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if not and you wish to request a return or exchange, please ensure your scarf is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that in the case of a defective item, we may also require an image for verification.

To start a return:

  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. Please return the items in their original packaging.
  3. You are responsible for paying the postage to return the package.

You will be granted the option to exchange for another item or receive a full refund.

Exchange or Refunds:

Once your return inquiry has been accepted, we will immediately process an exchange or send a reimbursement along with a confirmation email. Please be aware that the time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

For Credit Card refunds:

Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

For PayPal refunds:

You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
